I have been
an attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar since 1984.
I am licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and
in the bankruptcy divisions of the Federal Courts for the
middle and southern districts of Florida. I have been a family law mediator certified by the Florida Bar since 2009.
 My principal office has been in Clearwater or Safety Harbor, Florida since 1985. I have practiced in several counties but the vast majority of my cases have been in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties. My practice has been concentrated primarily in the areas of family law and chapter 7 consumer bankruptcy. Family law matters I routinely handle include low cost uncontested divorce, adoption and name change cases as well as more involved trials such as, custody and visitation disputes, property settlements, child support and alimony cases, modification proceedings, contempt and enforcement matters. I am engaged in the general practice of civil
law, including counseling and preparation of contracts, wills,
living wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, health care
surrogate designations, pre-need guardian designations, residential
deeds and transactions, evictions and other landlord-tenant
matters and small business incorporation. I also have background
and experience in traffic and criminal cases, employment matters
(discrimination and non-compete clauses, appeals and general
civil trials. I do not generally handle criminal law cases,
worker’s compensation, personal injury, employment,
social security/disability and other specialized areas of
law.
